Nhlanhla is the founder of MXN. He is the Chairman and CEO from inception. He has been in the real estate and construction industry for more than 20 years. He has been involved in major property developments, notably Paarl Waterfront Development (R700 million) , Bigbay Development Bonaview (R130 million) and currently N12 West Integrated Developments (R3billion).
Bandile Ndindwa obtained a B. Pharm Honours Degree from the School of Pharmacy at the University of the Western Cape (UWC). He also attained a certificate on medicines registration from Health Science Academy (HSA). He spent more than 10 years in the pharmaceutical industry in over sight of various roles and responsibilities. His areas of specialty are in production, quality and regulatory affairs.
He is currently practicing as a DRA Pharmacist in South Africa, facilitating the registration of medicines in the export market countries to ensure easy accessibility to good quality, safe and cacious medicines. He has an extensive experience in the private and government sector where he practiced as a Pharmacist. He previously held a position as an ARV Principal Pharmacist after obtaining his certiﬁcate on HIV/AIDS from ARK Training Institution in Cape Town.
Thabo oversees all the Project and Programme Management of the firm, manages all the construction related projects from Inception to Closing and ensures all the best project management practises are implemented for successful implementation of all our projects.
Prior joining MXN Thabo worked at Proplan T echnologies as an Associate Project Manager for more than 8 years and gained insight into the workings of a productive company particularly the Development side of the company portfolio. He was part of the Project Team who successfully Implemented the National Treasury Neighbourhood Development Partnership Grant (NDPG) programme for the Greater Taung Local Municipality and has been involved in various developments and government projects in excess of R400 million.
Thabo has Advanced Diploma in Project Management and he is currently busy completing his Diploma in Quantity Surveying.
Motsamai Mokoena is a creative individual, able to adapt to changing challenges and environment. He has a positive disposition and results driven. He created successful ventures involved in online sales and marketing and online trading in financial markets. He also has vast experience in ICT technology.
Sibongile Mashiya is career driven individual that has experience in road, bulk sewer and water, earthwork and low cost housing construction. Backed by his National Diploma in Civil Engineering, he has sound knowledge of the construction process to propel any project until its completion phase. He is currently busy studying his Baccalaureus Technologie (BTech) in Transportation Engineering.
Sylvia is a woman who believe empowerment, she has the passion in marketing. She has been in marketing for more than 2 years. She has experience in sales and marketing and she has overcome many challenges in her career. She currently want to pursue a diploma in marketing.
Thabo Charles Bonokoane is a Quantity Surveyor at MXN Development Construction. (We’ll known as Thabo Jnr.)
Thabo is a young qualified quantity surveyor. He holds an honours degree in Quantity Surveying and bachelor’s degree in Construction Studies both obtained from Wits University. He is currently busy with Advanced Project management course at the University of North West due to complete in 2020. He has a burning desire and diligence to be the best in his profession. He is a career driven and goal oriented individual.
Previous from joining MXN, Thabo worked at AngloGold Ashanti in the properties department as projects intern. He has gained a lot of experience in property development/management, civil engineering services & building construction.

After obtaining her honours degree in Baccalaureus Artium et Scientiae (Town and Regional Planning) from the North West University in 2005, she started as a Candid Planner at a town planning firm in Klerksdorp named Maxim Planning Solutions. In 2009 she was accepted at South African Council for Planners (SACPLAN) as a Professional Town and Regional planner, focussing on the strategic section of the planning world.
During her work, she has become a specialist in the field of strategic planning, focussing on human settlement projects. This includes an extensive spectrum of knowledge, from her involvement in the compilation of Housing Sector Plans (to categorize housing needs for a municipality), to identifying sites for housing development, as well as the construction of housing projects. She has been working closely with MXN since 2015 and joined the MXN team recently. Her enthusiasm and immense understanding of private, public and governmental spheres is beneficial to her team as well as her clients.
Since 2019 Siyabonga has been using his creative vision and excellent insight into company management to enhance operations as Chief Operations Officer (COO) of BABA Plant Hire. Upon taking over this position in 2019, he was tested with the company overhaul to jump-start worker efficiency. Through implementing not only a new leadership structure, but also introducing technological softwares to better manage day to day operations.
